Our standard house designs can be built as either family homes or holiday homes. With our pre-designed plans, the design process becomes simpler and quicker, resulting in significant time and cost savings. Our buildings are energy-efficient in design and can be constructed within a short timeframe.
All our standard-design homes are built using an ETA-certified construction system, which certifies the technical compliance and performance of the structure. The approval process is coordinated by our in-house design team, meaning that all necessary design documentation and administrative procedures are handled under one roof.
By default, we hand over the houses at the structural completion stage, which provides a suitable basis for the individual design of the interior spaces. If required, the project can also be carried out on a turnkey basis, in which case we undertake the entire construction process, from design to handover.
